This applies to paid digital products, such as the Security+ PBQ Practice Pack, and takes priority over the general Payments and Refunds section of our Terms for those products.
- Payment: Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Delivery: Your download link appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to you right after purchase. Links expire after 72 hours. If yours expires, contact us and we’ll send a fresh one.
- Licence: Each purchase is for one person’s personal educational use. Please don’t share, resell or redistribute the files.
- Refunds: If you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- No exam guarantee: Practice questions are original study material, not actual exam questions. We don’t guarantee exam results.
